Myers, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD BANK is Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER RENSHAW A/K/A C. RENSHAW, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, LINDA DOGGETT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 23RD day of JUNE 2021 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 28 AND 29, BLOCK 2397, UNIT 35, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE(S) 100 THROUGH 111, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
