NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 30th day of November, 2020, in Civil Action No. 20-CC-000766 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which GREENS AT FOUNTAIN LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and MARIOLA FAMULA is the Defendant. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 a.m., on the 18 day of June, 2021, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Unit No. 809, Building 3170, The Greens, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in Instrument Number 2005000101868, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031
