NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 19-CA-006774 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein New Residential Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Richard J. Keyes are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on June 18, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NUMBER 16, TRACT NUMBER S, IN PINEWOOD CONDOMINIUM OF LEHIGH ACRES, A CONDOMINIUM, ALL AS SET OUT IN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1012, PAGE 373, AND AS AMENDED, AND AS DESCRIBED BY THE PLANS THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 82, AND AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AND ALL OTHER INTEREST APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF SAID DECLARATION.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
