NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed March 23, 2021 and entered in Case No. 20-004239-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein SELECT PORTFOLIO SERVICING, INC. is Plaintiff and SARAH ANN MCGILL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SARAH ANN MCGILL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on June 23, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1 AND 2, BLOCK 39, EVERGREEN ACRES REFILE, SECTION “A”, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 53, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 2001 KING DOUBLE WIDE MOBILE HOME #N810118A ABD #N810118B.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
