NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 16, 2020 in Case No. 18-006093-CI in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF THE FIRST NLC TRUST 2005-1, CALLABLE MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-1 (“Plaintiff”) and LUIS RAMOS LUGO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUIS RAMOS LUGO, N/K/A NOEMI RAMOS (“Defendants”), Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 15TH day of JULY, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, LESS THE SOUTH 7.5 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK 22, AVONDALE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 93 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH A PARCEL OF LAND 50 FEET WIDE AND 7.5 FEET DEEP, CONTIGUOUS TO AND RUNNING PARALLEL TO THE SOUTHERN BOUNDARY LINE OF LOT 30, BLOCK 22, AVONDALE SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 93, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID STRIP OF LAND CONSTITUING THE PREVIOUS PORTION OF LOT 30, BLOCK 22 LESSED OUT FOR AN ALLEY (AS TO QUIT CLAIM DEED 14386, PAGE 2085).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
