Raknes a/k/a Maria Raknes a/k/a Maria A. Paugh-Raknes, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the 3540 Jackson Drive Land Trust dated January 1, 2014, United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, United States of America, Unknown Party #1 nka Mailyn Ledesma, Unknown Party #2 nka Danny Ledesma, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 am on the November 30, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
