NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
Unit A of Building Number 3054, as described in the Declaration of Condominium of GARDENS OF BEACON SQUARE CONDOMINIUM NUMBER FOUR, recorded in O.R. Book 588, Pages 515-576, inclusive, and in Plat Book 11, Pages 7-11, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 4407 Summersun Drive, New Port Richey, Florida, 34652
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on November 30, 2021.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
