NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17 day of September, 2021, and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-003679 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-82 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-82 is the Plaintiff and LIBIA LOPEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LIBIA LOPEZ; LEONEL SEPULVEDA; ISLAND WALK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the 1st Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 18 day of November, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgement, to wit:
LOT 1285, OF ISLAND WALK, PHASE SIX, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 89 THROUGH 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
