NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 11-2019-CA-003513-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, Plaintiff and Mary Colleen Stevanovich are defendant(s) et al, I, Clerk of Court, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on November 18, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 101, BUILDING 4, BISHOPWOOD WEST I OF FOREST GLEN CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2725, PAGE 2674, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
