NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 9, 2021 in Civil Case No. 11-2019-CA-004712-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, wherein M&T BANK is Plaintiff and GARY EVANS, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of November 2021 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 11, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 52. ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF. AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
