NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA - CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on November 18, 2021 at eleven o'clock a.m. held in the first floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 10, Block A, INDIGO LAKES - UNIT ONE, a subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 34, Pages 76 and 84, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Pursuant to the order or final judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is:
INDIGO LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation not-for-profit,
Plaintiff, vs.
FALCONCREST LIMITED, LLC and UNKNOWN TENANT(S)
Defendants.
And the docket number which is Case No. 21-CC-917
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
