NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 19, 2021 in Civil Case No. 19-CA-010013 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein HOMEBRIDGE FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC. is Plaintiff and BRIAN KEITH BURNS A/K/A BRIAN K. BURNS A/K/A BRIAN BURNS, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, CINDY STUART, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2nd day of December, 2021 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Parcel C: The South 208.71 feet of the North 1068.55 feet of the East 208.71 feet of the West 651.13 feet of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, of Section 26, Township 28 South, Range 20 East, Hillsborough County, Florida: Subject to an easement for ingress and egress over and across, the North 25.0 feet of the West 50.0 feet thereof, Together with an easement for ingress and egress over and across the South 50.0 Feet of the North 884.84 feet of the East 417.42 feet of the West 442.42 feet of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 26 - AND -.The South 25.0 feet of the North 859.84 feet of the East 50.00 feet of the West 492.42 feet of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 26, Hillsborough County, Florida. Together with mobile home ID# JACFL29423A and JACFL29423B
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
