NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 18, 2021 and entered in Case No. 19-CA-003613, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF REGISTERED HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2007-AC6, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AC6 is Plaintiff and LAUREN A. CARR A/K/A LAUREN ANN CARR; ROBERT A. CARR; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; FEDERAL ASSET HOLDINGS, INC.; are defendants. A 20 FOOT WIDE PARCEL BEGINNING AT AN IRON PIN LOCATED ON THE SOUTHERN RIGHT OF WAY OF KNIGHTS GRIFFIN ROAD, WHICH IRON PIN AS FORMS THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF PRACEL IV, THENCE IN A WESTERLY DIRECTION ALONG THE SOUTHERLY EDGE OF THE RIGHT OF WAY A DISTANCE OF 20.00 FEET TO ANOTHER IRON PIN ALSO LOCATED ON SAID SOUTHERN EDGE OF THE RIGHT OF WAY, THENCE SOUTH 00° 18' 46” WEST A DISTANCE OF 547.85 FEET, THENCE EAST NORTH 90° 00' 00” A DISTANCE OF 20.00 FEET OF GOVERNMENT LOT 3, ALL IN SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
