NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 26, 2021 in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Cindy Stuart, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 1st day of December, 2021 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:
Condominium Unit 1304, of FAIRWAY TOWNHOMES VILLAGE I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3708, Page 1327, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and according to the Condominium Plat Book thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3, Page 13 through 20, inclusive, together with an undivided share or interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
