NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 8th day of October 2021 and entered in Case No. 2019CA-003502-0000-00, of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and TAMMY OSTEEN; GREY TYRRELL; HIGHLAND MEADOWS 2A HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, CPA as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk. realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of December 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, HIGHLAND MEADOWS PHASE 2A, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 157, PAGES 12, 13, 14, 15 AND 16, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
