NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2019CA004309000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the Plaintiff and JAMES MOORE A/K/A JAMES T. MOORE A/K/A JAMES THOMAS MOORE; Regions Bank; Polk County, Florida; LANITRA SANCHEZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.polk. realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00AM on the 7th day of December, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1010 AND 1011, INWOOD UNIT #4 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 35A AND 35B OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
