NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 1, 2021 in Civil Case No. 2020CA000075000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Bartow, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VRMTG ASSET TRUST is Plaintiff and LUCIOUS PEARSON, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, STACY BUTTERFIELD, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk. realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 30th day of December, 2021 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTH 125 FT OF THE EAST 168 FT OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
