MOBILE GARDENS ASSOCIATION OF ENGLEWOOD, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation dissolved on October 21, 1974; and the respective unknown devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or other persons or entities claiming to have any right,
title or interest in and to the res which constitutes the subject matter of this action,

To: MOBILE GARDENS ASSOCIATION OF ENGLEWOOD, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation dissolved on October 21, 1974; all parties claiming interests by, through, under or against MOBILE GARDENS ASSOCIATION OF ENGLEWOOD, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation dissolved on October 21, 1974; and the respective unknown devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or other persons or entities having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in and to the res which constitutes the subject matter of this action,
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action seeking a petition for the appointment of a receiver of assets and for declaratory judgment to the following-described property and leasehold interest in Charlotte County, Florida:
Lots 110, 111, 126, 127 of Replat of Mobile Gardens as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 17, and Lot 31, Block A, First Addition to Mobile Gardens, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 18, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida (“Subject Property”)
And
That certain Park area designated on the plat of FIRST ADDITION TO MOBILE GARDENS as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 16, being further described as the Park area adjacent to Lot 31, Block A, Via Deluna Street, Lot 26, Block E, and the Boat Basin, Lot 15, Block F, Via Madonna Street, and Lot 13, Block G (“Leasehold Interest”)
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on TAMSEN HAYS, Esq. of Wotitzky, Wotitzky, Ross & Young, P.A., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1107 West Marion Avenue, Unit 111, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950 on or before the 13th day of December, 2021, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
