YOU ARE NOTIFIED that you have been designated as defendant in a legal proceeding filed against you for Clearing Title. The action involves real property in Charlotte County, Florida, more fully described as follows:
Lot 7, Block 4486 of PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTION 81, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 51-A, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida
The action was instituted in the County Court, Charlotte County, Florida, and is styled PATRICK R. HARDMAN vs. ESTATE OF MATSU SAITO HARDMAN and TIMOTHY TOUEMAN HARDMAN, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Matsu Saito Hardman, deceased.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on James W. Mallonee, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 946 Tamiami Trail, #206, Port Charlotte, FL 33953-3108, on or before December 3, 2021, following the initial publication in the Business Observer of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on James W. Mallonee or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
The Court has authority in this suit to enter a judgment or decree in the Plaintiff's interest which will be binding upon you.
