YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for quiet title the following property in Charlotte County, Florida:
Lots 17 and 18, 28, and 29 Block 2382, of PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, Section 38, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 42A, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida together with Lot 15, Block 2362, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, Section 38, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 42A, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on James W. Mallonee, plaintiffs' attorney, whose address is 946 Tamiami Trail, #206, Port Charlotte, FL 33953-3108, on or before December 12, 2021, following the initial publication in the Business Observer of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
