Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on October 21, 2021, of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which, COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, and the Defendants are CHRISTINE E. MANNING; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTINE E. MANNING; NATHAN T. MANNING; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NATHAN T. MANNING; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR TO CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S), PARTIES IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. February 8, 2022, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
LOT 21, COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES PHASE 6A & 6B, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 41, page(s) 7 through 14, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Also known as 6429 CORAL CREEK COURT, ELLENTON, FL 34222.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE BUSINESS OBSERVER ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEAST FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
