Manktelow), if living, but if dead, their distributees, legal representatives, assigns and all persons who by purchase, inheritance or otherwise have or claim to have an interest in the estate of Joyce E. Manktelow, deceased, derived through Phyllis Betty Verdine and Betty Moll, whose addresses are unknown to the petitioner.
Unknowns (whose names and whereabouts are unknown) hereby intending to designate the paternal first cousins of the late Joyce E. Manktelow, or their distributees, legal representatives, assigns and all persons who by purchase, inheritance or otherwise have or claim to have an interest in the estate of Joyce E. Manktelow, deceased.
A petition having been duly filed by Susan M. Lynch, who is domiciled at 3341 Brockport Spencerport Road, Spencerport NY 14559
YOU ARE HEREBY CITED TO SHOW CAUSE before the Surrogate's Court, Monroe County, Room 533 Hall of Justice, 99 Exchange Boulevard, Rochester, NY 14614 on December 14, 2021, at 9:30 o'clock in the forenoon of that day, why a decree should not be made in the estate of JOYCE E. MANKTELOW, lately domiciled at 150 Towngate Road, Greece, NY, admitting to probate a Will dated October 11, 2005, a copy of which is attached, as the Will of Joyce E. Manktelow deceased, relating to real and personal property, and directing that Letters of Administration c.t.a issue to SUSAN M. LYNCH
