Lot 13, Block 10, Epperson Ranch South Phase 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 73, page(s) 122, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida with street address of: 7740 Tuscan Bay Cir. Wesley Chapel, FL 33545.
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on JENNIFER L. DAVIS, ESQUIRE, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is ARIAS BOSINGER, PLLC, 280 W. CANTON AVENUE, SUITE 330 WINTER PARK, FL 32789, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediatley thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Lien Foreclosure Complaint.
