NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure In Rem dated November 3, 2021, entered in Civil Case No.: 2021CA000916CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and JAMES L. WRIGHT A/K/A JAMES WRIGHT; DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR FFMLT TRUST 2005-FFA MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-FFA, are Defendants.
NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, ESQ., The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 8th day of December, 2021, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:

If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
