TO: HANNAH JOAN PETERSON, IF LIVING AND IF DECEASED, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHERS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST HANNAH JOAN PETERSON, DECEASED; GARRETT TURNBULL and all parties having any right, title or interest in the property herein described including beneficiaries, devisees and creditors of them.
The property herein described is as follows:
Apartment No. 302, Fairway House, LIDO HARBOUR SOUTH, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 732, Page 1, and amendments thereto, and as recorded in Condominium Book, 2, Page 37, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
With an address of 2100 Benjamin Franklin Drive, Unit 302, Fairway House, Sarasota, FL 34236.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint to foreclose a claim of lien has been filed and commenced in this court by the Plaintiff, LIDO HARBOR SOUTH, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Alexandra Mamontoff, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty days from the first date of publication; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
