NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 6, 2021, entered in Civil Case No.: 2020 CA 000856 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CIM TRUST 2017-2, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2017-2, Plaintiff, and FELICIA PHILLIPS; JEFFREY PHILLIPS; DWAYNE DELANO PARKER; SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; JANEA N. MILNER; PRESHUS R. SAMUEL, are Defendants.
