Urban, Gulf Gate Community Association, Inc., United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a John Urban, John R. Urban,, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the December 2, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
