Notice is given that pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 26, 2021, in Case No. 20 CA 008111 of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which CYPRESS CREEK OF HILLSBOROUGH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and JODY L. OBERLE and UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION N/K/A BRIANA OBERLE are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at http://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on February 14, 2022, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
LOT 3, BLOCK 12, CYPRESS CREEK PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 109, PAGE(S) 282, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
