NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 25th day of October, 2021, in Civil Action No. 2021-CC-2764 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which BROOKSHIRE BATH & TENNIS CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and MARGARET M. KRAFT, Individually and as Trustee of the DOROTHY L. HINES REVOCABLE TRUST Under Agreement Dated OCTOBER 24, 2011, HEATHER RIDGE II OF BROOKSHIRE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 a.m., on the 24 day of November, 2021, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 173, Building No. 17, of HEATHER RIDGE II OF BROOKSHIRE, a Condominium, according to the Plat thereof recorded in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 2106, Page 3392 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Property Address: 13121 Whitehaven Lane, #173, Fort Myers, FL 33966.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
