Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 3 day of November 2021, and entered in case No. 21-CC-3886 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CORAL ISLE NEIGHBORHOOD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and ARTHUR THORSON is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 2 day of December, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit D, Building 13, THE ISLES OF PARKER LAKES, PHASE II-A, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 57, Pages 36 and 37, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031 before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
