NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 26, 2021 entered in Case No. 21-CA-000191 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein ROBERT BLECHA is Plaintiff and LQ REALTY INVESTMENTS LLC and LUULY QUANG are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 9:00 o'clock A.M. on the 1st day of December, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
