NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 5, 2021 entered in Civil Case No. 19CA005247 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein is WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST VI-A, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ROBERT R. ALBURY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE ROBERT AND VERONICA D. ALBURY LIVING TRUST REVOCABLER LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED 11/11/2004; et al., are Defendant(s).

• By electronic sale beginning at 9:00 A.M. on the prescribed date at www.lee.realforeclose.com. on December 8, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, CAMILLE GARDENS NO. 2, a Condominium, as set out in Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto, recorded in Official Records Book 387, Pages 110-176, Inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and as described by the Plans thereof recorded in Condominium Plan Book 1, Pages 114-120, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. The above description and conveyance includes but is not limited to all appurtenances, to Lot 3, also known as Condominium Unit 3 above described, together with all improvements thereon and together with the undivided interest in the common elements of the aforesaid Condominium pertinent to said unit.
Subject to easements, reservations and restrictions of record, and particularly that certain Declaration of Condominium above referred to and all the terms, Condominium, provisions, covenants and agreements set forth in the said Declaration of Condominium and all Exhibits and Documents therein referenced.
