NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5 day of November, 2021, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-005865, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA12 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA12, is the Plaintiff and JOHN MICHAEL JENNINGS, BPA HOLDING LLC, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 11250 LAKELAND CIRCL LAND TRUST, BLACK POINT ASSETS INC., AS TRUSTEE OF THE 11250 LC LAND TRUST, BENEFICIAL FLORIDA INC., SILVER LAKES-GATEWAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., BERMUDA COVE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC., BONITA BAY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., SILVER LAKES-GATEWAY, INC., GATEWAY SERVICES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, MICHAEL GLOETZNER, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A HEATHER PAOLETTA, and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A ROBERT BROWNING, JR. are defendants.
