NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed Oct. 20, 2021 and entered in 19-CA-006799 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein NEW RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and YACHT CLUB COLONY ASSOCIATION, INC; CLINTON NOTTINGHAM; LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A ASHLYN GONZALEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A APRIL KERNUCK are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee. realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on December 8, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
