NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 3rd day of September A.D., 2021 in the cause wherein, Florida Federal Plaza, LLC, was plaintiff(s), and Nation Trust, L.L.C., was defendant(s), being Case No 21-002132-CO in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant(s), Nation Trust, L.L.C. and subject to a judgment lien, in and to the following described real property located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
