NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 29-D, HIGHLAND LAKES CONDOMINIUM II, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4150, Pages 597-643, inclusive, amended in O.R. Book 4597, Page 963; O.R. Book 6971, Page 1831 and O.R. Book 7199, Pages 2091-2092, and all amendments thereto, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 17, Pages 62-65, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following Property Address: 2743 Sherbrooke Lane, #D, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34684
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 2, 2021.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
