Final Judgment was awarded on December 4, 2019 in Civil Case No. 18-004116-CI , of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-CP1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-CP1 is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEE, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MICHELLE B. KEIPER, DECEASED; SILAS E. KEIPER A/K/A SILAS KEIPER; OLD REPUBLIC NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; MUNICIPAL CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA; NICOLE MELLO A/K/A NICOLE D. LOT 8 AND THE SOUTH 20 FEET OF LOT 7, CLEVELAND GROVE BLOCK 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 6 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
