NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 26th of October 2021, and entered in Case No. 19-004791-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-76, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-76, is the Plaintiff. Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiff, against Defendants, JAYSON S. FRIERI; THE CLUB AT FEATHER SOUND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 1st day of December 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT #1012 OF THE CLUB AT FEATHERSOUND, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED AUGUST 1, 2005, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14494, PAGE 2117, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO SET FORTH IN THE SAID DECLARATION.
