NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of November 2021 and entered in Case No. 19006800CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DAVID T. DOLAN; ST. ANDREWS COVE I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID T. DOLAN; LESLIE DOLAN; KIM DOLAN GORTZ; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KEN BURKE as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 9th day of December 2021 at 10:00 AM on PINELLAS County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT T-20, AND AN UNDIVIDED 1.3% INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD, AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF ST. ANDREW'S COVE I, CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4493, PAGES 1882 THROUGH 1940, CONDO PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 83 THROUGH 92, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
