NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 22, 2021, by the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in Civil Case Number 20-003305-CI, the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on December 9, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following described real property situated in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 8, Block 4, East Roselawn, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 32, Pubic Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 3001 6th Avenue South, St. Petersburg, Florida 33712-1524.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
