Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 8th day of November, 2021, and entered in case No. 21000368CC in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein BURNT STORE VILLAGE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and HENRY H. DIAZ GOMES, the UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CLARA ELENA ROZO RAMIREZ, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, TRUSTEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF CLARA ELENA ROZO RAMIREZ, DECEASED, in addition to any and all unknown parties claiming an interest in the subject property are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 7th day of January, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 8, Block 344, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 16, according the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 27A through 27O, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031 before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
