All that certain parcel of land in the County of Polk, State of Florida to wit: Lot 49, of the unrecorded plat of CYPRESSWOOD and further described as follows: Beginning at a point 271.67 feet North and 1442.12 feet East of the Southwest corner of Section 29, Township 28 South, Range 27 East, Polk County, Florida; run South 75 degrees 18' West 120.00 feet; thence run North 14 degrees 42' West 190.00 feet; thence run North 75 degrees 18' East 120.00 feet; thence run South 14 degrees 42' East 190.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. Tract is subject to an easement over the Southerly 6.00 feet thereof for public utilities.
