NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale entered on November 10, 2021, and pursuant to that Final Judgment of
Foreclosure entered on August 14, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-008653 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Roundpoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation is Plaintiff, and Marcus Simmons and Tiffany M. Simmons, are Defendants, the Office of Cindy Stuart, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00AM on the 5th day of January, 2022, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
EAST 40 FEET OF LOTS 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 AND 16, AND ALL OF LOTS 17, 18, 19 AND 20, BLOCK 5, LYNWOOD PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
