NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale docketed on the 25th day of October 2021 and entered in Case No. 14-CA-003215, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE F/B/O HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR4 is the Plaintiff and ERWIN RUIZ; MORGANWOODS GREENTREE, INC. ;GLORIA PENA; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A ERIC RUIZ; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. CINDY STUART as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of December 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
