NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 12, 2021 entered by the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in Case No. 21-CA-8985 in which Specialized Property Management Group, LLC is the Plaintiff and Viti Leve, LLC, as Trustee is the Defendant.
The Clerk, CINDY STUART, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on December 15, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
