Notice is given that pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 8, 2021, in Case No. 21 CA 001192 of the County Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which PARK CREEK OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and BRUCE CHANGA and UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on January 24, 2022, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 3, Block 4, PARK CREEK PHASE 1A, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 121, Pages 244 through 249, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
