NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 25, 2021 entered in Civil Case No. 21-CA-002005 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein TOWD POINT MORTGAGE TRUST 2019-3, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and RAMON R. ABREU and ESTELA ABREU, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, CINDY STUART, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On-Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on January 07, 2022, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 4, ALTMAN-COLBY LAKE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
