YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following property located in Lee County Florida has been filed in the above-styled case in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida:
Lots 1 through 5, inclusive, and the North 35 feet of Lot 6, and the East 60 feet of Lot 10, all in Block 1 of Dr. M. F. Johnson's Addition to East Fort Myers, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, at Page 30; LESS that part of Lot 1, Block 1, Dr. M. F. Johnson's Addition to East Fort Myers, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, at Page 30, of the Lee County Public Records, lying with 20 feet each side of a ditch centerline described as follows: Beginning on the Southerly line of said Lot 1 at a point 139.47 feet Westerly from the Southeast corner of said Lot 1 and run thence North 24 degrees 51 minutes West 86.57 feet to the North line of said Lot 1 at a point 41.30 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Lot 1, as shown on the official map or plat, this being recorded in Official Records Book 923, at Page 549, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Scott J. Kennelly, Esq., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Rogers Towers, P.A., 1301 Riverplace Blvd., Suite 1500, Jacksonville, Florida 32207, on or before December 27, 2021, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
