COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, MARCO TORRES, by and through the undersigned attorney, and hereby gives notice that a civil action has been instituted on the above action, and is now pending in the Circuit Court of the State of Florida, County of Lee, on October 20, 2021 Case No: 21-CA-5613.
