Jensen, Senior Deputy Attorney General, 555 Wright Way, Carson City, Nevada 89711, within twenty-one (21) days after service of this Amended Summons and Notice, exclusive of the day of service. The Answer must set forth the response to the Amended Complaint and the nature and existence of any right, title or interest claimed in the defendant property. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint. This action is brought to recover a judgment forfeiting the above-named defendant property and declaring that the above-named defendant become the property of the plaintiff as the result of commencement of an action seeking forfeiture of the above-named defendant property pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes sections 179.1156 to 179.119, inclusive, and 453.301.
